Directions:
Preparation:
- Remove the handle before sublimating
- Use shrink wrap to apply pressure during baking (sold separately)
- Ensure equipment settings are appropriate for your setup
Sublimation Transfer:
- Apply transfer using heat tape
- For full-wrap designs, pull the transfer tightly around the tumbler
- Tape securely along the seam and top/bottom to avoid air pockets
Tumbler Press (Elite Pro Max):
- Press at 360°F for 60 seconds
- Turn the tumbler halfway and press again for another 60 seconds
- Adjust time for darker designs if necessary
Convection Oven:
- Apply shrink wrap tightly with a heat gun
- Bake at 385-400°F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway
- Caution: Avoid metal surface contact during baking to prevent shrink-wrap melting
Final Steps:
- Remove the tumbler from oven and immediately remove the shrink wrap and transfer
- Caution: Tumbler will be hot
- No sealant necessary; hand washing recommended to preserve design quality
