- Remove the speaker from the bottom of the tumbler before sublimating or washing
Directions: Equipment settings may vary, so please test your equipment using these baseline recommendations.
Tumbler Press: (Equipment settings based on our Elite Pro Max tumbler press)
- Press at 360°F for 60 seconds, then turn the tumbler halfway and press again for another 60 seconds. If the design is darker, additional time may be required. Remove the transfer and let it cool.
Convection Oven: (Equipment settings will vary)
- Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun to shrink it tight to the tumbler.
- Bake in a convection oven at approximately 385-400 degrees F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway. Caution: If the tumbler is touching a metal surface during baking, the shrink wrap may melt!
- Remove from the oven and immediately remove the shrink wrap and transfer. The Tumbler will be hot!
- No sealant is necessary on sublimation tumblers. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the quality of the design.
