Convection Oven Directions:
- Please note: Equipment settings may vary; conduct equipment tests for optimal results
- Apply sublimation transfer onto the tumbler surface using heat tape
- For full wrap designs, ensure a tight wrap and use blowout/butcher paper if necessary
- Apply shrink wrap tightly with a heat gun
Baking Instructions:
- Bake at 385-400°F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway. Avoid metal contact during baking to prevent shrink-wrap melting
- Remove from oven, immediately remove shrink wrap and transfer. Caution: Tumbler will be hot
Maintenance:
- No sealant is needed on sublimation tumblers
- Handwashing recommended to preserve colors and prevent bleeding in dishwashers
