Sublimation Coating:

Compatibility:

- Shrink wrap, rubber bottoms, and straw cleaning brushes available separately
Directions for Sublimation:
- Apply sublimation transfer using heat tape, ensuring tight wrapping for full-wrap designs.
- For full wrap designs, pull the transfer as tightly as possible around the tumbler and tape very well along the seam and around the top/bottom.
- If the transfer does not fully cover the tumbler surface, apply blowout/butcher paper to the entire tumbler to avoid metal showing on the sides.
Tumbler Press Instructions (Elite Pro Max Tumbler Press settings):
- Press at 360°F for 60 seconds, then rotate and press for another 60 seconds.
- Adjust press time for darker designs if necessary.
Convection Oven Instructions:
- Apply shrink wrap tightly around the tumbler using a heat gun.
- Bake at 385-400°F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway.
- Remove shrink wrap and transfer immediately (caution: tumbler will be hot).
Important Notes:
- No sealant is required for sublimation tumblers.
- Hand washing is recommended to preserve the design’s integrity.
