Note:
Convection oven requires the use of shrink wrap to apply pressure during baking, sold separately
Sublimation Directions
PLEASE NOTE:
- Equipment varies and so may your required settings.
- Please test your equipment using these baseline recommendations.
Instructions:
- Apply sublimation transfer on the surface of the item using heat tape.
- For full wrap designs, make sure you pull the transfer as tightly as possible around the item, then tape very well along the seam and around the top/bottom of the item.
- Pulling the tape/transfer as tight as possible with no air pockets.
- If your transfer does not fully cover the item’s surface, apply blowout/butcher paper to the entire item so that there is no metal showing on the sides.
Tumbler Press
Note:
- Equipment settings and functions may vary.
- These settings are on our Elite Pro Max tumbler press offered in the shop
Instructions:
- Press at 360°F for 60 seconds, then turn the item halfway and press again for another 60 seconds.
- If the design is darker, an additional few seconds may be required.
- Press both ends using the same technique but reducing each press to 8-15 seconds.
- Remove transfer and let cool.
Convection Oven
Instructions:
- Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun to shrink it tight to the tumbler.
- Bake in a convection oven at approximately 385-400 degrees F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway.
Note:
- Ensure the tumbler is not touching metal surfaces during baking to prevent shrink wrap melting.
- Remove from oven and immediately remove shrink wrap and transfer.
- Caution: Tumbler will be hot!
Care Instructions
- No sealant is necessary on sublimation tumblers.
- Hand washing is recommended as the high heat in many dishwashers may reactivate the heat and cause it to bleed.

We don't manage the stock in our warehouse and factory. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. You may not receive your order after the order has been made.

The item cannot be used and in its original condition. It should also be in the original packaging.
